We stand behind everything we make. If you are not happy with your Aurora Shoes for any reason, send them back to us along with proof of your purchase. As long as your shoes are in like new condition, we’ll refund your purchase price, no questions asked.
If you find your shoes to have any material or workmanship defects, please send them back within the first 6 months. We’ll work with you to determine whether we should repair, replace or refund your purchase.
While we can guarantee a lot we cannot guarantee against “excessive wear and tear” — but we can probably repair it...
